Fish sauce
An FDI entity was founded in Vietnam in 1994 to produce high quality fish sauce as a result of laboratory enzyme research. The factory was constructed in Phan Thiet in 1996 and the first batch was exported to Japan in 1998. Premium Aroma fish sauce remains a commercial product.

Coenzyme Q10
Research into ubiquinone producing microorganisms ran from 1980 to 1983 and led to commercial mass production.

Wastewater
Wastewater solutions were delivered for CoQ10, ammonia, aldehyde, and H2O2 plants between 1982 and 1985, and for petroleum and ammonia synthesis processes between 1988 and 1990.
