Dr. Duong Qua Aita PhD of Agriculture, University of Tokyo Dr. Duong Qua Aita founded the company's enzyme work and led the laboratory research that produced the Vietnam fish sauce operation in 1994. His published and applied research runs from marine protease purification in 1981 to pyrroloquinoline quinone work through 2008. He received the Okami food industrial prize of Japan in 2006.
